Not just a certificate. A whole new way to facilitate.

LEGO® Serious Play® helps people think with their hands, explore complex challenges and have conversations that traditional workshops often struggle to unlock.

Imagine being able to:

  • Unlock fresh thinking — help teams challenge assumptions and discover new possibilities.

  • Build stronger teams — create trust, understanding and genuine collaboration.

  • Develop better strategies — explore complexity, build alignment and make better decisions.

  • Navigate change — help people make sense of uncertainty and shape the future together.

  • Get everyone involved — give every voice an equal opportunity to contribute.

After just two days, you'll have the confidence, tools and practical experience to design and facilitate your own LEGO® Serious Play® workshops.

Why train with us?

World-class training. Real-world experience. Support that doesn't stop after two days.

Not all LEGO® Serious Play® training is the same. Our certification combines a proven methodology, decades of experience and a supportive community to help you put your new skills into practice.
