With over 30 years of strategic and innovation experience, founder Janine Chandler brings a human-centric approach to complex organisational puzzles. Jump in Puddles was born from the belief that serious challenges require fresh, playful thinking to unlock real progress. By combining strategic rigour with behavioural science and creative techniques like LEGO® Serious Play®, Janine helps leadership teams navigate the meetings about the meetings, find absolute clarity, and turn collective thinking into powerful action.
So what’s with the name?
When Janine was thinking of starting my own consultancy, she took her dog, Woof, on a muddy walk and was reminded of her inspirational friend Jo. Before she died of bowel cancer, her last message to Janine was to keep jumping in puddles. Life is too short not to live it with joy and to take leaps to make the world better.
