Hi, I'm Janine Chandler - the Chief Puddle Jumper.

I have many, many years experience (30 years to be exact) as a client in both large organisations and start ups and as a consultant. I've done everything from creating new soft drinks, beers and biscuits to helping people with dementia have healthy sexual relationships or reducing waiting times in the NHS! In the last 2 years my passion has been to support social impact entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs.

I have a crack team of brilliant consultants and experts with shared values and experience who I bring on board when required.

So what's with the name? Whilst taking my dog, Woof, on a muddy walk, I was reminded of my inspirational friend Jo. Before she died of bowel cancer, her last message to me was to keep jumping in puddles. Life is too short not to live it with joy and to grasp every opportunity and it felt apt for this new adventure.

"Jump in Puddles’ approach has meant that we achieved our goals. There was a real shared sense of ownership of the project. Everyone was involved right from the start, and were engaged throughout, including ideas generation sessions, builds etc. Furthermore, the primary insight that was collected at the start of the project has been shared far and wide across the organisation, and is already helping to shape other projects and thinking."
